Todd Abram

Todd Abram is a Managing Director and Vice President for AB CarVal, where he is responsible for structuring AB CarVal–managed collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) alongside managing investments in CLOs, commercial mortgage-backed securities and other asset-backed securities. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2005, Abram managed the alternative investment portfolio of a Chicago-based family office. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with Houlihan Lokey. Abram also served as an infantry Marine and as a reservist in the US Army National Guard. He holds a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
