Christie Oberg

Christie Oberg is a Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Private Alternatives at AB. She joined AB CarVal in 2014 and currently oversees AB CarVal’s compliance program, along with compliance across AB’s broader private alternatives platform. Oberg was previously an attorney with WilmerHale, specializing in securities regulation. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk in the US Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Oberg holds a BA in theater from Oberlin College, an MA in social anthropology from Stockholm University and a JD (highest honors) from the University of Michigan Law School. Location: Minneapolis
