Gabriel Szerda

Mr. Szerda is a managing director for AB CarVal, responsible for investments in corporate securities in sports finance. Within sports financing, he oversees strategies including player transfer factoring and receivables financing, as well as direct lending to sports and sports-adjacent assets. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2015, he was managing director of Macquarie Credit Investment Management. Mr. Szerda received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. As an athlete, Mr. Szerda represented Australia at the 2000 Olympic games.
