Robert Sinclair

Rob Sinclair is a Principal and Senior Vice President for AB CarVal, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing asset-based finance investments in Europe. Before joining AB CarVal in 2015, Sinclair worked on Credit Suisse’s UK investment banking team. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy in London, practicing across its real estate and capital markets teams and also on secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland, supporting its structured derivatives business. Sinclair holds a BA (first-class honors) from the University of Oxford, an MBA (with Distinction) in finance from the London Business School and an LLB from the University of Law, London.
