Scott Greenfield

Scott Greenfield is a Principal and Senior Vice President for AB CarVal, where he is responsible for managing commercial real estate loan and securities investments in North America. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2022, Greenfield was with Angelo Gordon, where he was a managing director in the real estate debt group. While at Angelo Gordon, Greenfield was responsible for the origination and asset management of the firm’s commercial real estate loan investments and focused on the trading and surveillance of the group’s commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) portfolio. Before joining Angelo Gordon, he was at Caxton Associates, where he was responsible for CMBS and real estate investment trust equity strategies. Earlier in his career, Greenfield held commercial real estate loan positions at Guggenheim Partners and Credit Suisse. He holds a BBA from the George Washington University. Location: New York
